The Bertelsmann Entrepreneurs Program is a management rotational program that provides budding entrepreneurs with the opportunity to explore our world of media and then write their own chapter within the Bertelsmann success story.
This custom tailored international program spans 12-18 months with approximately three rotations throughout our family of media and service companies, (Books, Magazines, Television, Book/Music/DVD Clubs, Print and a wide array of Services).
Each year a few outstanding people with high potential are accepted into the Entrepreneurs Program.
Developmental aspects of the program include mentorship from a member of Bertelsmann’s Executive Board, internal training initiatives, group projects and many opportunities for networking with both executives and peers across many of our divisions.
